Turn off anything this shop cannot actually do. A customer is never shown an option you have switched off here, so they cannot pay for something you then have to refund.

One rate per combination, in rupees per page. Back-to-back is charged per printed side.

Discounts

High-value order discount Charge the bulk rates once an order crosses an amount. Tested against what the order would cost at normal rates, so a discount never disqualifies the order that earned it.

Additional copy discount Copy 1 at the normal price; copies 2 and beyond at the "Copies 2+" rate on the Pricing tab.

Collected only if you ask. Leave both off and PrintOk stores nothing about who placed an order, which is what your privacy notice says by default.

When jobs print

Whether a job goes to the printer on its own, and when.

Print after payment Recommended A job prints as soon as the payment clears. Nothing is printed for an order that was never paid for. Print everything straight away Prints the moment an order is placed, before the money clears. Use this if customers pay at your counter — and expect to lose the odd sheet to someone who walks away. Only when I press print Paid jobs wait in your queue until you release them. Nothing reaches the printer on its own.

Separator sheets

A sheet between jobs so a busy counter does not hand someone else's pages to the wrong customer. Printed only when a real backlog has built up, so a quiet hour does not cost you a sheet per order.
