How PrintOk works. PrintOk is an ordering and payment platform. The print shop you order from is an independent business: it prints your order, hands it over and sets its own prices. PrintOk takes the order and the payment and passes the job to that shop.

About a print order

Speak to the shop first. Its name is shown at the top of the ordering page and on your confirmation, and it has your printout — most problems are fixed on the spot with a reprint.

If that does not resolve it, email PrintOk support with your order reference (shown on your confirmation screen) and a short description. We acknowledge within 48 hours. Refunds are handled as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Who operates PrintOk

PrintOk is operated by Mohd Ayan Nasruddin Ansari, an individual trading as BitWise, based in Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Grievances

Complaints under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 go to the Grievance Officer named in the Privacy Policy. You may also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the e-Daakhil portal at edaakhil.nic.in.
